We ordered a two person "Mariachi" platter, with a variety of Mexican foods, including tacos (these are like Puerto Rican tacos, more like what we think of as taquitos), fajitas (very big here in the Yucatan) quesadillas, chicken fingers and lots of beans and guacamole!!! It filled us up very nicely, and dinner ran us around $12.
And Carlos 'n Charlie gave us woven mexican birds that we still have on our bar. They are like swizzle sticks, but made like baskets, with feathers, and some sort of seed inside to make noise. They bonked us on the head with them when they gave them to us. We would gladly return to this place.
Note that this place has a reputation of being a wild bar, and later at night it is. But for an early dinner it is a lot of fun even for family.
