Front desk staff is NOT helpful at all. Room A/C in the old tower does not work properly! Over all, the service is really bad!

The servise from the door, to your room, to the pool to the Bar and Restaurant was great. People were as friendly as the climate. Highly recomend it to friends and family planning to visit Vallarta any time soon.
