Booked room with 2 beds, but they wouldn't deliver

Hotel staff wonderful, location prefect walked to pac bell, china town and our favorite restaurants and public trans, room was prefect. Visit THE CITY a least once a month, this place is an E-TICKET.

The Staff was excellent. We got upgraded o the19th floor. It was very quiet up there. The only downside was the toilet that rocked. They said it would be fixed.
