Best of IgoUgo Before you read on , let me state for the record that this review is biased, due to the fact that we paid $165 for a $3000-per-night suite. Looking for a thorough review of the hotel - might need to look elsewhere. Want a glimpse of how the other ...Read more

Our stay was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was unbelievably friendly. We went on to cruise Alaska, but our stay here was just as memorable as the cruise.

We stayed here for one night and I would never stay here if I was in charge of my room. The room was booked through Holland America(no fault on their part). I had to pay for internet access and I have emails and pictures floating in internet ...Read more
