This hotel was WAY too sophisticated and WAY too snooty. The front desk acted as if they would only serve celebrities or the really rich or important people... Very Unfriendly service.

Perfect room for a convention stay. Comfortable, new, hi-tech room, with huge bathroom. Good, attentive service. Easy access to restaurants, Stanley Park, and local attractions.

The staff was friendly, but the bed was awful and the room needed some updating. There was rust on the fixtures and paint peeling off the ceiling in the shower. Those were just some things I noticed. Otherwise I'd probably stay there again.
