One of the few things to do at San Pedro Sula. I really recommend this trip. a full day tour to a wonderful place. It starts with a mountain car trail, to buenos aires village. then followed by a cool hike to the national park core zone. VERY cold water at the waterfalls, but incredible views.

Different activities such as; hiking, mountain biking, camping, rappelling, birdwatching, night tours, etc. Try staying for a night.

San Pedro Sula, has a elevation of 120 meters above the level, and the highest elevation of the park is at 2200 meters above sea level. But the car can reach till the 1800!. While you drive up you can see the astonishing views of the mountain valleys. Plus, you can feel the elevation changes.
