A travel journal to Montreal by DrMaximus
Quote: An annual affair that takes place at La Ronde - Quebec's largest amusement park - during the cool Summer evenings.
Overview
This journal will be updated every Thursday and Sunday for the next 2 weeks, in view of upcoming entrants from countries like Australia and France. So, follow this closely!
Do what I did - if you have a La Ronde season pass - stop by at the Mac's inside and grab a hot chocolate sundae then work your way up bridge. Amazing!

My first effort at getting to this activity coincided with Canada's fireworks team, so it was extra special as we all waited anxiously to see what creativity our nation's team was capable of!
Words cannot accurately describe exactly what the fireworks were like, so please see the pictures for yourself! I overhead that Spain and Taiwan were crowd favourites while USA was a major "judge pleaser" with her show of colours and vibrant music accompaniment.

The French team really won me over with their fine music that played a huge part in coordinating with the fireworks and creating in it what may be felt as remnants of life. Indeed, such an amazing piece of work can only be attributed to their age old love for music, art and all things beautiful.
