Average food, horrible service

Went for lunch and ordered "lunch specials". waited 35 min. for food, asked for bread finally. Young blond waitress very inattentive. When obviously finished, waited another 10 min. for check which I had to ask for. Did not leave a tip.
Worst restaurant I've ever been to
