I travel because...: I am not 100% sure really. Initially, I set off for pastures new in 2004 after enduring a really boring job in the UK. However, despite numerous attempts to settle myself down and live a life of dormancy at home, I have been unable to stay in the UK too long and keep finding myself looking for new places to live and new places to visit.
I love to travel to...: Geographically, I have no one set type of place. I loove beaches, mountains, big cities - anything that is exciting. However, I must admit, I am always drawn to places that appear unique and have something different about them.
I never forget to pack...: Ear plugs. I like my sleep and they certainly help.
My weirdest travel habit is...: I am a little bit OCD when it comes to forgetting things. Whenever I leave a plane or a hotel, I continuoulsy find myself checking my bags and double-checking I have not left anything ... I do this more than any normal person should.
It's my dream to travel to...: I have no unfulfilled lifelong ambition. If I want to go to a place, I just book a ticket and go. However, I would like to travel the ancient Silk Road in China's Xinjiang province. That was something I never got around to whilst I was there.
