Bans Beach resort is a cute cottage-style resort. The best thing about it is its location, right along the white beach and close to nightlife and eating. It's also only a 10-minute walk from D'mall.
The cottage we had was a fan-cooled cottage and pretty simple. There was only a double bed and bathroom really. There was no hot water and the water seems to stop running after a certain time. We would come home after the bar and our toilet would not flush and the water in the sink would not turn on. With each cottage you get your own porch out front, which is great for some pre-drinks before your long night out. Our room didn't have a TV or a fridge, but I think that if you order a air-conditioned room, you do get both. Everyone who worked there seemed pretty nice, and there is a nice little Greek restaurant out front that delivers to your cottage.
