I cannot say enough about this hotel. The service was amazing and the honeymoon package we bought through our travel agent was perfect. We wanted a relaxing vacation and we got just that...we barely had to leave the resort!

This place seams to be nice, the grounds were nice, but it was something missing ... the staff is so "distracted" we felt like no one would care for accommodating and pampering us.

So gorgeous! Well laid out so your not walking around all day between the pool and your room. The staff is incredibly nice, and would bend over backwards to help you.

Flying down on United Points and staying at the Hilton on Points, it was a marvelous vacation. And our intended exit day was August 31, JUST AHEAD OF HURRICANE JOHN!!!!

But during the short 4-night stay, we discovered a wonderful beach resort that ranks as one of the best we've ever stayed at, and certainly one of the top Hilton locations ever!

This was the resort's slow season, as evidenced by the dark rooms we saw looking up at the resort from the pool. It appeared to be only about 1/2 to 2/3 full. And that probably explained why the staff upgraded my free room to a junior suite because it was our anniversary. They also sent a bottle of champagne, a fruit plate, and a cheese plate.

Our room, #6021, was on the top floor in the middle of the resort, facing the pool and the beach. Frankly, I don't think there's a bad room in the entire resort, but I did notice that the lower rooms (below the 4th floor) had palm trees obstructing their view. So ask for a room on the 5th or 6th floor.

The infinity pool was a wonder. Not only did the water appear to merge with the sky, but hanging out at the edge facing the beach was an all-day entertainment treat!

The Hacienda restaurant (on the second level) serves a nice buffet or menu breakfast, a better lunch, and a sumptuous Mexican dinner.

Fenicia (on the first level) is the fancy restaurant, and although we didn't eat there, the dinner menu looked inviting.

The lobby bar (lobby level - third level) has a terrific happy hour with free, yummy hors d'oeuvres and featured drinks. And if you're outside, they don't mind if you crank up a Cuban stogie (available at the hotel's shop and at the lobby bar).

The staff throughout the hotel is friendly, well-spoken in English, and extremely willing to please.

And it should be noted that while many of the Cabo area resorts ignored the coming hurricane (and did not inform the guests of the impending danger), the Hilton made a point to let every guest know the hurricane was on its way and helped guests make arrangements to get out safely. They actually told everybody to leave!

The Hilton has it all. Great rooms, pools, staff, transportation to either Cabo and a beach. Great deal for the money. I'll be back.

Hotel was great! Rooms are spacious, views are spectacular. The pool is one of the nicest I've been in, but you have to try the beach - much more relaxing!

Awsome hotel ,we purchased 4 nights at an auction and got are moneys worth...they set me up to play golf and my wife to the spa after a long 90 minute timeshare pitch...but worth it...if I didnt own somewhere else I might have purchased there

The Hilton Los Cabos has everything you need for a great beach vacation. They have two restaurants. The restaurant Fenicia is a formal cloth-napkin restaurant that features a limited menu of Mediterranean cuisine. There is also the more casual Hacienda Restaurant, which has a more varied menu that includes an excellent comprehensive breakfast buffet for $28 per person. For travelers on a budget, the Hilton has a small deli on the first floor where you can get a sandwich for around $4; and fruit, snacks, and souvenirs that are lower-priced. There is also a lobby bar open at night, and two swim-up sushi and drink bars by the pools.

This Hilton resort also goes the extra mile with services to make your vacation perfect. For an added charge they offer babysitting services including a children’s activity center, shoe shining, tennis court, a business center, private dining on the beach, the Ixchel Spa, National Car Rental service, two ocean-side golf courses (Cabo Real and El Dorado), floral arrangements, currency exchange services and an ATM, limo rentals and mail services. You can also schedule personal and business related functions at this hotel. The Hilton also has a number of water sports equipment for rent including kayaks and wave-runners.

In addition, the hotel offers a number of complimentary services, such as car parking and a concierge service that assists with activity booking and airline confirmation and lost luggage services. They can also assist with allergy related requests, like hypo-allergenic pillows and they have a doctor on call 24 hours a day. Each room also has a safe in which you can store your valuables. Many rooms also have Jacuzzis, robes and ocean views.

When it comes to the Hilton you get what you pay for, and you will pay dearly.
