This resort is within walking distance of all of the restaurants in San Pedro, and they have their own dock that all of the tour companies will pick you up at.

Best Things About the Resort:
The view of the ocean was great and it had several palm trees for shade from the heat. Also, Robert, the timeshare salesman was very helpful and informative even though we did not attend a timeshare presentation.

Resort Experience:
We have stayed at several RCI resorts before and when we arrived at this one, we were disappointed to say the least. We were not able to get an exchange to Belize, so we had chosen to pay a nightly rate to stay here since it had an affliation with RCI. When we arrived, our one bedroom unit was so small and VERY HOT. We immediately found a nicer place to stay down the beach, but Seven Seas Resort was not willing to refund any of our money as we had to pay upfront. They instead offered us a slightly nicer room, which we decided to take so that we would not have to pay for two places. There was only AC in the bedroom and no matter what we tried it would not cool any other parts of the condo. This was uncomfortable because the weather did not cooperate while we were there so we spent more time than usual at the resort and it was not very much fun to take a shower and try to get ready in a bathroom with no AC! Also, the pool was VERY small, the units were rundown, and we found cockroaches in our room. :( The resort does not have any activities and they have several brochures to help you arrange tours, but they seemed annoyed after a few days of arranging tours for us. However, this was the only way to arrange activities as there are no phones in the units and the pay phone did not work! If we had it to do all over again, we would stay in a nicer resort with central AC, but we live and learn!!
