The people here are SO FRIENDLY! I did feel a bit sorry for the bell staff, as we don't tend to travel light. They even have a little store that you can get common foods. We ate in the restaurant a few times (when we weren't out doing things) and the food was very reasonable and good tasting. There are also several restaurants within walking distance that were quite good also.
If you go in the fall or winter, bring slippers as the floors are real marble. I was impressed with the rooms, as they were quite nice and well stocked. I've been overseas a few times and have found European standards to be quite different from American standards. . . not worse, just an adjustment for us Americans.
We loved the balcony, as you could see the mountains and the water. There are grocery stores close by that are quite fun and traveling in Spain is not that bad (once you get that "roundabout" thing down).
Learn to drive a stick before you go. I got to drive as the hubby hasn't got the "stick" thing down yet.
We really loved it here and plan to go back and go back and go back, so if you can't get in there, you will know why. . . Just kidding.
