We loved Puerto Vallarta, but not the hotel. The clearly cater to guests from Europe and other parts of Mexico. There were kids running loose 24/7, grabbing food from the buffet lines in the restaurants, etc. The "all inclusive" was not worth it ...Read more

The stay at the melee puerto Vallarta was great! Kind staff, always willing to make our vacations pleasan. The price was excellent, this is a place to recommend for family vacations.

The hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The food was awesome. The facilities were great, lots to do and see - plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. One of the best holidays we have ever enjoyed!
