Excellent hotel, despite the "fire drill" at 11:30 PM down 18 floors! Staff VERY helpful, especially the in-house reservations department when I had to change my date!

If not for the bed being a bit uncomfortable this would have been a 5 star rating for sure.
This hotel was in a great location with access to everything and anything a traveler would want to see in London.

Ideally situated in the heart of London with easy access to the Underground, Rail, Airport (Heathrow), and all the top sites in London. Lobby was warm and inviting with a courteous staff that actually make you want to hang out in the common areas.

As wig most London hotels, the room was small. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The room did not smell the best. They might want to get their carpets cleaned.

Very clean, great amenities, hotel staff is very professional, attentive, and helpful. Good location - across the street from the Edgware Tube Station and a very short walk to Paddington Station. Would absolutely stay there again.
