All the staff are very helpful and courteous. We have stayed there twice. Enjoyed other hotels in Mazatlan over the years but this is our favorite. Great beach, quiet, goodlocation, clean, and very friendly staff. We will be back again.

February 2011 As usual we had a fabulous time we loved the south pool and the waiters and we love the beach and the vendors. We took our whole family it could not have been better. No worries while you are there. Everything is fabulous.
This hotel was like home.

Beach and pool are among the best in the Gold Zone. We shopped at Wal-Mart and cooked most meals in the suite. Mized our own drinks and bought cerveza on the economy. Bedroom and closet were cramped...but we didn't camp out in the bedroom anyway. ...Read more

This hotel is awesome!! We had a great time!! The service is fantastic. Their partner propertyat theEmerald Bay is absolutely beautiful. We loved it and would definately go back!

My family has been coming to Mazatlan since 1961. We have stayed at various hotels and keep coming back to the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. It is a wonderful location, great food, and easy to get to other sites. I highly recommend it.
