Great location, but showing its age

Great location near Opera House, but the hotel is showing its age -- musty/moldy room (due to high humidity); Breakfast was not very desirable, but satisfactory.

This hotel was built in 1991 and it appears nothing has been fixed or updated since then. The rooms were dirty, had bad odors and the internet did not function properly. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
