Will not stay again. Expensive hptel with very poor customer service. People at Hotel Check in will just ignore you while they are not doing anything. Tried to get their attention with no response.

Our 4th stay at the Condado and was pleased as always. Great service, rooms very comfortable and wonderful Pool. Our only complaint was of course the prices of food and drinks. Make sure you stop by the market and get "goodies" etc for your room.
