Although the room was basic, it was very clean and the bed was fantastic. The accessible shower actually needs some work. It was pretty small, and if you sprayed the water even slightly towards the curtain, the entire bathroom flooded. The only way ...Read more

The hotel was good. It would be good to have free parking and free internet. The breakfast not included is common, bu the others, it's because this hotel is a hilton.

I always come back to this hotel whenever I go to Austin. Great location around all the good bars and activities, great staff, great pool, great bar/ restaurant!

Room was very clean and bed was soft and comfy. Staff was verynfriendlynand well trained. Didn't like the lack of free wifi. At the price and target customers (business), it seems kind of cheap to not provide this service.
The HIlton offers professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. They have exceptional customer service.

Although the Hilton in Austin, TX, provides exceptional customer service, we were disappointed that we had to pay an additional $25 to have a mini-refrigerator placed in our room! For the price that we paid, that was totally lame.

The front desk staff was fun and informative

Any hitch in my stay was taken care of promptly and just verified my intent to make this my "go to" hotel. The only negative is they need a more extensive wine list for room service.

This hotel is about average. I will say all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

First impression, the valet parking was painfully slow. We had to wait in a line of cars for at least 15 minutes before we got to the head of the line. Then to pick up the car later, we waited in the cold for 20 minutes. It was easier to self park, ...Read more

The hotel and staff was excellent. Initially, we were put in a room on the 7th with no view, but the staff cheerfully changed our accomodations for a room on the 18th floor with a spectacular view of downtown Austin. The beds were comfortable and ...Read more
