This hotel has a great location, and it stops there, beds are uncomfortable, rooms r small, heating system doesn't work

Staff was great we had a early morning flight to sf and hotel check in was 3pm but they had room available for us so we could leave our stuff in there. When needed more towels or whatever the staff was right tere to give it to you.

Very convenient to public transportation. Cable car stop right outside front door up a block. Used all public transportation to get everywhere in city. Nice little hotel
