The location is what makes this hotel appealing. Beautiful building from the outside but rooms and interior seem dated and stale.

Third time in this lovely hotel. Each visit has been excellent. Not inexpensive, but everything from lobby to turn down service is top notch. The only place I stay, now, when in Boston.

The service was impeccable the minute we pulled up to the curb. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommomend The Langham of Boston.
