What a wonderful hotel

Close to downtown. A feeling of excellence. It is pricey but we really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was lovely, just be prepared to climb up the Rocks to get to it. A great view of Darling Harbor - not Sydney Opera House on our side, but plenty of action.

The Sydney Shangri-La is located downtown and I found myself able to walk most places. The Rocks and Quay were just a couple of blocks away, and that is crucial for Sydney tourists. I would recommend to friends.

Recommended to me by several friends ... Great location .. easy to get to the Opera House and Harbor area. First class all the way.
