Staff friendly and helpful. Every morning each employee greeted us with a friendly "good morning". Had a small issue with my room, but it was attended to promply and fixed when I returned in the evening.

I paid for a 2 queen suite with sleeper sofa and was given a standard double room for the same price. The only option given to me was to refund my original booking price and find another hotel on my own.
The bed was so comfortable.
