Stayed here with my girlfriend for a concert, great service!! The staff was amazing very friendly and very informative as it being our first trip to New Orleans. Rooms were very clean, I will be staying here again my next trip to New Orleans.

The front desk staff were pleasnt and helpful. The service in the coffe shop was very slow but polite.
The proximity to the Convention Center was a plus

The valet was very welcoming and helpful. The staff at the front counter were extremely friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Overall an enjoyable stay!
