Conveniently located a short walk from Bourbon Street and right by the St. Charles Street Carline, Drury Inn & Suites is a perfect jump off point for exploring any part of the city – from the historical French Quarter, to the Central Business District, the Garden District and even Uptown. Housed in the historic Cumberland Phone Building, is a superb quiet corner to relax and loosen up before you go out to take in all the sounds, sights, and aromas of the city streets. Satisfy your appetite before you even go out with Drury’s 5:30 Kickback hour – free hot food and cold beverages available in the lobby to help start your night off right. And of course, you can relax anytime by the pool on the rooftop!Close

Wonderful hotel in wonderful city. 15 minutes long distance to canada, drinks and snacks every afternoon, breakfast every morning (although it could be a little better), rooftop pool added to attentive and friendly staff and only an eight minute walk from bourbon street. We have travelled across u.S, canada, europe, asia and many other areas around the world and this was one of the best stays we have experienced. 3 star hotel with 4/5 star attentiveness.Close

I love the Drury inn hotel in New Orleans. Easy check in with wonderful staff. The room size was great and the view from the pool roof deck was nice.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Nice room that was kept clean. It was cleaned every other day, though, which was not a problem for me. Breakfast was enjoyable, but by the fourth day, I was ready to try a New Orleans type breakfast. The included dinners were more like snacks to me. Yes, there was rice or potatoes, but chicken fingers and bbq wings did not satiate me. We ended up getting a small dinner elsewhere. All in all, It was a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet area within a ten minute walking distance to Bourbon Street and the price can't be beat.Close

Got a king room reservation with travleocity even though the hotel web site said they were out. Arrived at 3 PM and check in was a snap. Parking was $* a day during our stay and that's a bargain. There's no valet service but their private lot is adjacent to the hotel and fairly secure. Leave your car there and take public transportation if at all possible... you will save a bundle on parking fees. Sreet cars, buses, taxis are a few steps from the hotel. Room was clean and very roomy for 2 people. Didn't stay in the room much but it was a comfortable place to recharge. Elevator requires a room key to operate as well as the front door after 10 PM (makes you feel secure). Don't get me wrong though, I never felt uneasy the entire trip, even when walking back to the hotel with my wife from Bourbon St. well after 12 PM. You won't get a great view from any of the rooms since there are only 9 floors, but you can get a decent view from the roof pool area. Pool and hot tub was very clean and well kept during our stay. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful and can point you to almost anywhere you want to go. Free breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The 5:30 PM kick back is a great way to get a start on the evening. It's not top shelf booze or steak but it gets the job done and the price is right!! The hotel doesn't sell alcohol at any time, so keep that in mind if you want a nightcap. Limited service hotel but a great value in a great location. Would definitely stay again. Close
