    The water is the most beautiful colors of blue. The snorkeling is great! I love to spend almost every day swimming near the reef. One of my favorite things to do is an all-day fishing/snorkeling trip. We fished for about 3 hours and then went to a deserted beach. Bicho, our guide, prepared the fish and lobster that we had caught that day, while we got to drink rum punch and snorkel in the shallow water. What a day!Quick Tips: I have stayed both in town and far north of town. I myself prefer to stay far north. It is much more peaceful and more relaxing.     Great local food here! The place has sand floors, three plastic tables, and chairs and chicken wire for screens. The food is excellent! My husband had a two-tail lobster dinner, and I had the fried chicken dinner. They both came with rice, beans, homemade salsa, and tortillas. The bill came to $14.
