A month, December 2002, in Algeria and Niger, bumping around in Tamesna, Djado, and the Tenere. Travelling from, and returning to, Tamanrasset in Algeria. A total distance, I guess, of about 4,500km. Three vehicles and a total of ten people. The route was Tamanrasset, Ain Guezzam, Arlit, Iferouane, Djado, Bilma, Agades, In Gall, Tamesna, Tamanrasset. The main objective of the journey was to see the region of Djado. Djado is more or less in that "bit" where Libya, Algeria and Niger all come togther.
