Exodus, who I work for, run some incredible trips to both Antarctica and the Arctic, including an Emperor Penguin Safari and a Journey to the North Pole.

National geographic has 14 day trip package to Antartica, but it may cost $10,000 per person.

Don't think there will be any tour operators that offer trip to Antarctica. One of my friends has mentioned Nat Geo but the trip is more expensive than 10k. Also you need to be fully prepared for the hostile natural conditions there.
