The restaurant opens around 7 in the morning and serves a (currently very basic) breakfast including homemade granola, fresh baked cinnamon buns and muffins, and fresh brewed European style coffees.

Originally, the Kitchen was opened as a lunch restaurant and the lunch menu is quite expansive. There are at least ten sandwiches, and ten salads available in addition to the daily specials and soups.

Prices range from about 100,000 VND (~$6USD) for a roast beef sandwich, or a generously large house salad with walnuts, blue cheese, apple and Romaine lettuce, to 50,000 VND (~$3 USD) for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The entire menu is available at: http://kitchen.so-9.com/menu

In the evening, after 5pm until closing around 10:30pm, the Kitchen serves a selection of Mexican cuisine including burritos, and soft tacos with a selection of flavors including spicy chicken and shredded beefs.

Like the lunch ingredients almost everything is freshly prepared in the Kitchen including the fresh flour tortillas.

The service is mostly cheerful, and the staff seem to enjoy their jobs though during busy periods it is important to double check that your order has been taken absolutely correctly so as to avoid any problems.

That being said, problems seem infrequent and the staff are extremely courteous in the case of the infrequent mistake.

After eating make sure to save room for dessert as the homemade chocolate brownie with ice cream is delicious! Close
