Description: Literally translated as “The Red Garden”, Lal Bagh Botanical Garden was has remained one of Bangalore’s most beautiful attractions since it was commissioned in 1760. Home to 1,854 distinct species of plants spread out over 240 acres in the heart of the city, the botanical garden also features a popular aquarium and lake.
