Valet opened the car door, took my bag and welcomed me to the Encore! Beautiful red, gold tones, and butterfly theme throughout. Check in was a bit of a nightmare - lines were long, but once I got the the front desk, the friendly clerk wished me a happy birthday let me know what the hotel had to offer, and offered me an upgrade for $20 a night on the top floor! My bags arrived a short time later. The suite was AMAZING and very large - beyond expectations and very 1 to pics on the site! HUGE bathroom with stand up glass shower, soaking tub, double vanity, plush robes, and high end toiletries. Bed was comfy, sitting area has a desk couch and chairs. I had a view of the mountains and a bit of the strip. Encore is toward the end of the strip - but within walking distance or a short cab ride to more action. Two pool areas- one for family and an adult only. Great pool side service and the Mojitos are to DIE for. The spa/salon is beautiful. Asian inspired - very Zen. Smoothie bar in the gym. Encore is connected to the sister property Wynn. Be sure to hit the Encore Beach club early for a third pool cool people and good music! You have to pay to get in - not sure how much cuz I got I got a VIP Pass! From the beach club, you can access the High end Shopping inside the proprety as well as a mall with store we all know and love across the street. Concierge was helpful in booking shows and dinners for me. I felt like a VIP the whole trip. On the evening of my birthday I requested turn down service, entered my room to find a chocolate box filled with nuts and other chocolate treats and a sign saying happy birthday from Encore. Signed by the woman who checked me in! I snacked on the treats and drank a long island in a huge plastic guitar while getting dressed for the Zumanity Show! If you are looking for a classy hotel in Vegas for a reasonable price - compared to other high end properties, I would definitely recommend Encore. Im Close

This has become one of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas. whenever they have competitive rates I will book here. Great rooms, hotel has everything and yet seems small and intimate.
