They lost my dry-clean clothes but luckily, I complained and they found it Happy Hrs is ok - Beers need to be cooler Staff services are helpful They made some mistakes and tried to charge for couple local phone calls which should be free

I have stayed at this hotel twice and let the staff 'upsell' me twice. They throw in extra benefits with the upsell. The Continental Club floor is exquisite... and not too expensive.
