the hotel is great for families as it is all inclusive.The worst part was the hotel did not take credit cards to book trips . only cash. not good for business. hence very few people took outside trips to see the place.

Although the hotel wasn't as luxurious as other hotels in Puerto Vallarta, I found Canto del Sol to be very comfortable and homey and would love to return there. They make you feel like family!

We loved the town, the buffet (yes-we actually LOVED it), the pool, dive lessons, entertainment, room, servive-etc.The restaurant food was the let down.We'll go back and keep it casual...love the pace of life there.

It was a great hotel over all. Very nice inside and out. The food was good most nights. They could use improvements and make a better varity. Over all I would rate this hotel a 3 or 4 on a scale 1-5.
