The hotel layout is a maze of old rooms and hall ways. i was directed to my room which was on the third floor. I had to navigate through four doors and twist and turns in narrow hallways to find an elevator that did not work. I was at the hotel for ...Read more

After a long day of traveling I was in an admittedly foul mood, but the very helpful person at the check-in desk made it difficult for me to remain that way. It was a nice start to a nice stay.

The single room is ridiculously small. There were no shelves for clothing. Last year I stayed in London at a similarly located hotel with twice the amount of space for the same money. Won't come here again.
Got what I paid for - no less, no more

While the staff was helpful, the room clean and quiet and a good location, I would not stay here again. To access rooms it is necessary to navigate long, dark hallways with many fire doors. I noticed all the fire stairways had thick carpet. How safe ...Read more
