Our stay at the Swiss hotel was both comfortable and luxurious. We love the location right downtown and had exceptional service. We would return, and have several times already, again. My one complaint is the parking. It's so expensive...

I booked a room at the Swissotel for my first trip to Chicago and was not disappointed. To date I have stayed at this location 4 times and would do so again. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view. Outstanding place to stay.

We stayed at the hotel through secret hotels and had a blast! We went to Chicago for a wedding and we could get to anywhere from the hotel. Room was great! Service was great!

The outside and inside of the hotel are very nice. I loved where the hotel is located and our hotel room had a beautiful view of the boats going down the channel of water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location. Amazing service. The beds are super comfortable. Great room service. This is definitely the place to stay when you're in Chicago. It's also a short walk to the Magnificent Mile.
It was a wonderful experience.
