Outstanding service and quick room service. Security at the hotel was fantastic. Great hotel for business travellers who need a fast internet connection and a comfy bed.

I love the Rennaissance but it's location (Powai) is too far from the city center to make it a convenient location. Not bad when on vacation but on business it's a long haul to work. Very sad because I love this hotel.

The location/ambience is fantastic... almost feels like a resort in heart a city like Bombay! No mean achievement!Wish they had wi fi in the rooms - a massive drawback for business travelers.Could do with more restaurants.
