ordinary hotel room. extremely impersonal in all respects. Charge for internet service is insulting in a $500 + a nite room.
Hilton at Rockafeller Center was great!

Our stay was Christmas Day, the hotel was packed with tourists, so special care from the staff was limited. The room was small.
