Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room had the best mattress of any hotel we've ever visited.

Very convenient to harbor for our departing Alaskan cruise. Hop on/hop off bus was a great way to see Vancouver sites and tickets can be purchased at the hotel desk. Nice ocean walk to nearby nice restaurants. Thoroughly enjoed our stay.

Was in Vancouver for a conference... this hotel was in a great location and had the bonus of a nice grocery/cafe across the street for breakfast or quick snack. Upgraded to a room with an incredible view of the mountains.
