At Washington state’s southwesternmost corner lies skinny, flat Long Beach Peninsula. Twenty-eight miles long and 2-5 miles wide, it’s home to eight towns, two lighthouses, two state parks, national wildlife refuge, many cranberry bogs, oyster mud-flats, and black bears. And oh yeah, a creepy alligator man.
