Extra clean, great value, friendly owner, great customer service. Love the sheets and towels. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Grounds are neatly kept. Nice and quiet. Great view.

Warm and cozy, great shower, wonderful sheets. Lots of room, vary clean, good coffee and continental breakfast too. The best kept secret in Duluth!
