Iguazu Falls is on the border between Brazil and Argentina. This is undoubtedly one of South America’s most extraordinary sights and it deserves two days of your time. There are towns, hotels and facilities on both sides of the border and you need to see them all.

Rio de Janeiro is known for Carnival, it's glorious beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema and famous sites such as Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountains. It is also a city with a wealth of history, interesting museums, churches and monasteries.

Salvador da Bahia was the second leg of a Brazil trip we took as part of a 180-member tour group. We spent 3 days in Rio before flying 2 hours north to Salvador, where we spent 4 days. This city blew my mind with all its history, culture, and nightlife.

We went to Brazil with listeners and personalities from Philadelphia, New York, and D.C. radio stations. In all, there were around 180 of us. The trip itinerary consisted of 3 days in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and 4 days in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil.
