My husband and I stayed there one time before just for the night and it was okay. However, this time they were horrible. Our room was just your basic room, but it shared a wall with the elevator. It was very noisy and was often very loud in the room. We actually had to turn the TV up pretty loud because we couldn't hear it due to the elevator. There were two youth hockey teams that checked into the hotel the same day we did, but at around 7pm. The kids were riding around on the carts you put luggage on and were very loud. I didn't see any adults (unless you could count the one I saw walk into a room down the hall with a few six packs). The drain in the bathtub/shower was so clogged it was like a lake in there when you had the shower on. The plug in the bathroom sink was permanently shut, so water collected in there and slowly drained. The beds were fine for hotel beds and the check-in process was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful.
