We had a studio unit and it was simple, yet tasteful. It was very clean. All of the units have a balcony with an ocean view. The pool was great! The staff got everyone involved in fun activities and games. There was tequila volleyball, blind volleyball, salsa dance lessons, water aerobics - the list goes on and on. Everyone was super friendly.
The food was excellent - everything was good, from the snack bar outside to the elegant restaurants. There were no buffets, it was all based on a rotating menu system. The entrees were delicious and presented beautifully. We were served lobster bisque, coquilles St. Jacques, - not cheap considering it was all inclusive.
A tip - even if you're staying all inclusive, a well thought out tip early in your stay is worth it. Your waiter, the mixed drink guy/girl by the pool, bartender (for sure),etc.
