First of all, I thought all inclusive meant food and drinks are on the house? Your room has a stocked refridgerator with 2 beers 1 diet coke 1 coke and four waters. If you drink your 2 beers you have to pay for more. Only get 2 free per day in your room. The a/c barely cooled off the room and had to sleep with the door open at night. The beds are hard as a rock and the towels are rough and old. As far as places to eat, I guess since they were at 40% occupancy at best during the week, they close certain resteraunts. No schedule posted for which one. You have to make reservations for all 3 resteraunts and they fill up at there convienance, not if they are actually full, forcing you to eat at the buffet. Every sit down resteraunt has items that you have to pay for if you want steak or seafood. Food was good and service was outstanding. I know times are tough but if you say all inclusive, it should be all inclusive! BAr area closed at 11 or so during the week and security would come kick you out even if you are just talking with newly found friends. I have stayed here on 2 other occasions and loved it. Not sure I would return at this point. Just did not seem the same with all the penny pinching going on with this property. I chose this property over Velas Vallarta this year for the bar area and was dissapointed.
