The staff and service was excellent from the bellman to the front desk to room service but the panoramic suite I paid for was not panoramic because there was a condo complex that we got to stare at from 2 out of 3 windows and the rooms are looking worn. Worn couch, stained drapery, very very disappointed in that. I did love the location on Michigan Avenue, 3 blocks from Watertower but the noise and especially sirens from the traffic did not make for a good nights sleep but that was not the hotels fault. I am undecided if I would stay again, maybe a different room would be better????? Once again, service was excellent and it was New Years Eve so that end of it was impressive!!!!
