The customer service was phenomenal. All of the staff was very courteous and spoke good English. They were on top of the food and drink orders and seemed happy to serve us. We had breakfast in bed. And 24-hour room service that was part of the all-inclusice package. You can go next door to their sister company to eat and have drinks too (they have a swim up bar). There is Club Nitro across the street that is free to get in and drink at. Each night they have an "outing" into town where they will take you to a bar or club (for a fee). The food was OK, pretty good overall. The Italian food next door was TERRIBLE. We walked out, it was so gross. Don't eat next door. The all-inclusive package with the breakfast in bed, the 24-hour roomservice, the club across the street, the view, it was all so much more than I hoped for. I can't wait to go again. And with it being all adult - no screaming kids - it was AWESOME! I highly recommend it.
