The desk and concierge staff were friendly and helpfull. I would have rated it excellent if we had gotten better service at the, way too expensive for what you get, "Rview" restaraunt at the top of the hotel. Room quality would have been rated higher if the sofa in the "living room" part of the suite was a pull out bed as well (to sleep more than one small child) and the TV system is way too slow, too complicated and the quality of sound and picture are horrible.... their system downgraded all signals to the HD TVs to analog signals... and they chrge way too much for the pay programs that are available. None of the "on demand" programming was free. The pool is kept at freezing..... huge bummer. Hot tub seemed to be at a decent tempurature, but the jets are missing and so It's just sitting in hot water. Parking is expensive, so if you have the chance to take free parking during your stay, do it. The gym was nice. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is kept clean.
