We absolutely loved the Swissotel! I took my 14 year old daughter and a friend to experience the "big city." The trip was a huge success. The hotel is conveniently located near Michigan Avenue and the shopping district. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also connected to the "underground city" in downtown Chicago, which provided yet another exciting experience for the girls! One thing to watch, though, is the additional cost for parking. I must have overlooked this on the website. The hotel rate was GREAT, but parking added and additional $*/night. Next time, we'll probably take the train into downtown Chicago and taxi it from there. This was my first time to try booking a trip online. I was a little leary about securing the hotel online, so I called the customer service number listed at the website. My travel website agent was extremely helpful and made the process effortless. I will definitely be planning our next weekend get-away through Travel Website. :)
