Stay was Fair but Service was poor

I stayed at this place in the beginning of March 2011 and everything seemed alright until I checked my credit card bill. I booked through Travelocity and they charged me. When I went to stay there they gave me my room but it was the WRONG room. Had to go back down and told them. They said their internet was down so I showed them the email on my phone that stated the room I should have. They gave me new room cards. The room was nice enough for what we paid, discount through Travelocity. Next week I checked my CC bill and saw another charge from the Roosevelt in addition to the charge from Travelocity. I called Roosevelt, left a message but they never returned my call. I ended up tweeting Travelocity and they immediately took care of it and got me my money back and credited to my account. So I wouldn't stay at the Roosevelt again. Plus, it's confusing getting to floors since you need your key to access the floors above 3rd floor and the ice machine and vending machines are only located on 3rd floor. If I stay again in downtown Seattle it'll be at a different hotel.
